by staying in our rickety
sour house ‘stead of bidding
on the chocolate new one
which does not leak
our son can bicker with his
sisters over their parents’
future eldercare, either there
under inglorious conditions
or spend inheritance on formal
nursing home slots -- or not,
as they feud about the cash
